3-Way Region

• 16 seed North College Hill was beaten by 9 seed Mariemont. Quite a strong showing for North College Hill, a suburb that isn’t often talked about.

Coney Region

• 13 seed Norwood beat 12 seed Cheviot in convincing fashion. Norwood, the bracket’s Cinderella team, will go up against 9 seed Mariemont in the Final 4.

Chili Cheese Fry Region

• 2 seed Wyoming knocked off 7 seed Columbia Township. It is my opinion that Wyoming is a strong favorite to win the entire tournament.

Greek Salad Region

• 3 seed Madeira beat 6 seed Green Township. Green Township was the last west side suburb in the bracket. Madiera, an east side suburb heralded for its good schools and proximity to Kenwood Mall, will face Wyoming which is a northern suburb.
